Priority Booking for Indoor Court Time

The residents of Whitley Park receive a 2-week window before anyone else to reserve their preferred court time. For the 2026-2027 Season this priority window runs until March 1, 2026. Please use the link below to submit your form. If you submit your form after March 1, 2026, your request will be considered in the order it was received as part of our public offering.

Booking Indoor Court Time Ad-Hoc

We welcome WP residents to play any time courts are available indoors. As such, thorugh our mobile application, residents whose residency has been authenticated per the steps outlined below, will be able to see and book open courts up to 7 days in advance.

Create an Account and Log in

If you don't have an account, Create a New Account
If you have already created an account, open the app and select “Log in” and enter your name, email, and password.

Select Your Facility

“Whitley Park”
Tap the “Next” button on the top left of your screen

Request Access to the Resident Membership
Since WP residents receive preferential pricing as well as early access to all open court times, we must manually authenticate your residency and approve your access.

Please email us at whitley@tenniscentral.net
Include the name and email you used to create your account, and your address to confirm residency
Once verified, we will manually grant you “Resident Membership Status”
You’ll receive a confirmation email and then be able to reserve court time at the resident rates.

Booking a Court Time

Tap “Book Now”
Select the date you’d like to reserve
Choose your desired time (in 30-minute increments — e.g., for 2–3 PM, book both 2:00–2:30 PM and 2:30–3:00 PM)
Select the court you’d like to play on
(Optional) Add additional players if you’re booking with friends
You’ll land on the payment page — choose your payment method and click “Book”
